Wow, I really want to spend that long on something and get it really perfect like you have but I just never seem to have the patience. I have about 50 half finished paintings just sitting in a folder. I guess that'll come with time though

yeah absolutely , this need a lot of patience , i think this is one of the most important stuff that the one should master , it doesn't matter if it look ugly at first but you have to finish it , your work is to make it look awesome ,
i should be honest here , i don't spend 10 or 12 hours completely in painting like a crazy no ,i check a lot my Facebook and i do a lot of other stuff which is good for the eye and the brain i guess
